Owner/manager was very nice. He upgraded our triple to a two bedroom suite with small kitchen and balcony. Excellent breakfast buffet included.
Location is not close to lake. Not a problem if you have a car. Not sure if there os a convenient bus.

The rates were more than reasonable, management and staff were very helpful, breakfast was superior compared to the many hotels that I stayed at,my overall comment is that it is good value for the money. My thanks to Mr Eliyahu who helped us calling the coach company for the timetable and also assisting us with our luggage,we never had this with any of the other hotels that we stayed at. I will not hesistate to recommend this hotel to my friends.
None. For the value I did not expect luxury but we were comfortable in all aspects.

Definitely nice warm welcome from Mr. Berger. Also we appreciate the way of informing us (maps etc...) And then the breakfasts! Very good meal and nice staff in the kitchen Also the receptionist was very kind.
It could be renovated (peeling showers ...) and painted (paint coming out of the ceiling...) Also it could be a bit more clean (E.G.behind the bathroom door ).

Good value hotel in Tiberias. Room was simple but comfortable. No frills but none expected. The owner of the hotel is there everyday and is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
About a mile (uphill) from the center of Tiberias. Probably not ideal without a car but, with a car, I used this hotel as a good base for exploring the area for a few days.

1) very helpful staff at reception, suggested things to do and provided necessary printed materials, 2) nice breakfast, 3) easy to find as we were driving

The staff were very nice, and the beds were adequate.
I thought we'd have a view, given the location, but oddly enough all the rooms face away from the water - weird. Victims of a bad architect? It was also quite noisy on their street. Israel just doesn't have nice hotels unless you're willing to pay through the nose for them. It's a real disappointment in that way.

The breakfasts were amazing, especially for a budget type hotel. The owner was very helpful.
Wasn't as clean as it should have been first night. This was corrected on following days. This hotel caters to Israelis. It is not a chic international tourist hotel.

The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating to us, as were all staff. The breakfast was excellent. The location is good. The room was spacious and pleasant, if spartan. The blankets were warm -- very unusual in Israel! The hotel is an excellent value.
The heater had only one temperature and was noisy. I think this is the main thing that we didn't like. The room could have been a little bit cleaner -- it was a bit dusty here and there -- not a big deal, though.

Not very central, so you can't walk downtown, but perfect if you have a car. Friendly staff, simple but clean rooms wit wifi.

The hotel was pretty nice and absolutely worth its price.
What we didn't like were the towels... not sooo clean as they should be I think.
